Scope of Work
All services are strictly limited to the written estimate or contract. Any additional work requested after the project has started must be authorized in writing and will be invoiced separately.

2. Plant Material & No Warranty Policy
  • Final Sale: All plant material (perennials, shrubs, trees, and annuals) is purchased from third-party nurseries. Once plants are installed in the ground, they are considered final sale.
  • Client Responsibility: The health and survival of plants are entirely dependent on proper aftercare (watering, weeding, and pest control) provided by the Client, unless we are contracted for ongoing maintenance. We are not responsible for plant failure due to client neglect, extreme weather, soil conditions, or animal damage.
3. Payment Terms
  • Payment Due: Invoices are due upon receipt.
  • Late Fees: Outstanding balances over 30 days are subject to a monthly interest charge.
4. Limitation of Liability
Primrose Gardening & Design is not liable for damage to underground utilities (sprinklers, cables, pipes) if their locations were not clearly marked or disclosed by the Client prior to the start of work.
 
5. Photography & Intellectual Property
We reserve the right to photograph our work for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. All garden designs and site content remain the intellectual property of Primrose Gardening & Design.
